Butte, Montana and The Mother Lode Theater

Had a great show tonight at The Mother Lode Theater in downtown Butte.  It's a huge restored theater.   We took some shots before heading in for dinner.  Our buses are in the lower right corner.

Dinner!

Vince checks out companies/groups that have been here before.  Their posters hung backstage.  Collages like the one below have been very common in the venues we've visited.

The lobby was my favorite.

Outside my hotel window, up on the edge of a mountain, you can see a silver or white outcropping of rock.  We came to find out that it's a statue: Our Lady of the Rockies...

Below are a few photos from yesterday.  We stopped for gas in eastern Oregon and the two photos below formed a single sign next to our pump.  It had us all wide-eyed and laughing.

And we also stopped at a grocery store late last night.  They had habaneros and prickly pear pads in their produce section.  Something one doesn't see in Virginia too often.
Long day of driving starting early in the morning tomorrow.  Headed to Gillette, Wyoming.

See you on the 'morrow...
O.
